Prosecution is Scant Consolation for Families

Commenting on the news that Thames Trains will be prosecuted by the Health and Safety Executive for the Paddington Rail Crash, Bath's MP, Don Foster, who is Liberal Democrat Shadow Transport Secretary, said:

"I welcome the news that after four years the long-discussed prosecution of Thames Trains will occur at last.

"I hope the soon to be established Rail Accident Investigation Branch will help prevent these inexcusable delays in the future."
