DON TO FIGHT AGAIN

Don Foster, has been re-selected by Bath Liberal Democrats as their Parliamentary Candidate.

Don received an overwhelming endorsement from the party’s AGM held last Friday evening (29th November) at the Guildhall.

Commenting on his reselection, Don said:

“I’m absolutely delighted.

“The last eleven years have been challenging and hugely rewarding, and I can’t wait for the next election, expected for 2005.

“People are disillusioned with the Labour Government who have failed to deliver on their promises, and but they have not forgotten the sleaze and cuts that 18 years of Conservative misrule brought to the country.

“We’ve achieved a great deal, but there’s still so much more to be done.

“I also want to take this opportunity to thank all those who’ve supported me over the years.”
